Terrible service!!! I regret do much bringing my SUV to this place. Its been 5 months and they haven't fixed my car. It is only two doors. Theu told me they were going to use new doors and they installed used ones ans they are not working properly. This place is really bad!
Dropped off my car after someone was nice enough to hit it and run. Honestly, terrible experience. HOWEVER, I got to meet n work with the great ppl at Cartelli! They were great to work with, made my car prettier than when i dropped it off and made the whole situation more bearable. Hopefully i will not need them in this capacity again, but if i need service like this again, they will be my go to
Don't waste your time or money bringing your car to this bodyshop. Once you have given them your business they don't care about you! I regret so badly bringing the car to them.
The folks at Cartelli's are professional, kind, and communicative. I had never had an insurance claim before and they guided me through the whole process. They also kept me informed via text throughout the repairs. Easily the best car repair experience I've ever had. Thank you!
