I feel so ripped off by this company! It was okay that they replaced the tub drain assembly and P-trap for $260 + $65 trip charge. But then they came out a 2nd time because he said something was old and it needed to be replaced. She wrote down "Delta Rebuild Kit". But, instead it was just a diverter! Probably cost about $12. She wrote down parts & labor $300 plus $65 trip charge. I did not even need that diverter because I never take a bath, so it doesn't matter that the diverter was set to shower only. On time, great service and honest!
HONEST! A home inspector said my furnace might have a cracked heat exchanger. The very next day, Carl, from Bob Carlson Plumbing and Heating inspected the furnace and found nothing wrong. A dishonest contractor could have told me I needed a new furnace and I would have had them put it in, costing me thousands of dollars.
Have used Bob and Carl for almost 20 years. He is your man for Boiler repairs, but any heating/cooling issue has always been addressed quickly (usually same day) and professionally. This is a top notch business and I highly recommend them.
