Excellent service for an annual cleaning of our boiler. Arrived on time and was very personable. I highly recommend.
Bob rescued us on a freezing Sunday morning when we woke up to a dead furnace. We were new to the area, had called two other contractors who declined our request but one suggested calling Bob. Bob came quickly - 7 am on a frigid Sunday to help people he'd never met, had the furnace running soon after, and has been our regular heating man ever since. He's prompt, professional, neat, very reasonable with his pricing and, as others have written, charmingly old school.
We have hired Robert on two separate occasions - one to replace our stripped bleeder valve, and most recently (today) for a yearly clean & service on our boiler. Both times he was very responsive, booked us an appt ASAP & provides a great service at a fair price. We'll continue to use him moving forward. Great person to do business with.
