Had another great purchase from Bob Brown Pre-Owned. JJ and Tim were great to work with and helped us find a very nice truck for my son. Had an issue come up with the vehicle, but they were dedicated and worked with us to resolve the issue very much to our satisfaction. I would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to family and friends.
My daughter purchased a car last July and had trouble 2 days after she drove it off the lot. Called Tim Tracy and went around with him. He informed me that they do not sell junk cars. I took the car to a local mechanic and the first thing he said was to sell the car. I told him that it was just purchased. SUPER FAST QUALITY! The easiest explanation, and why I returned. Quick explanation of options, pricing, everything was completed in a day, and done well. I went back to get it and forgot to have them change out the computer mount. Nate, the manager was short handed, grabbed the tools, made it happen. Institutions follow the personalities of their leaders. One of the reasons why this team runs well.
