I’ve had the privilege of getting to work with JJ on 3 separate occasions now and each time it’s been great. I’ve purchased 2 cars from there and loved both. Tim Tracy & his crew have always treated my family & I with fairness & respect., We have never been pressured into purchasing and have felt like we always received a fair deal. We have purchaesed a dozen or so vehicles from them & have reffered friends to them with the same results. I wouldnt hesitate for my next purchase to be with them.
My daughter purchased an SUV. Within two days we had to take it to a mechanic because exhaust was leaking and entering inside of the car. I called and they said that they would split the cost but had no recollection of anything like that being wrong with the car. I ran into 2 salesmen from the west side dealership and they told me to contact the manager, because they sold me a car with safety issues and that they should pay for the whole repair. Well it didn’t start out as the greatest experience. But it ended well . I really appreciate their honesty and making the negative into a positive. JJ is super cool and good to work with. And they do care about their customers
