🤮 Very unprofessional staff in the Parts Department these days. A manager rectified the problem, but never addressed the rudeness of his parts counter guy. He never even apologized for his employees behavior. This was the cockiest and rudest parts guy I have come across in several years. I am an educated professional, and business owner. Had an issue with a warranty repair, that was actually not under warranty on a near new car. Had some issues with service dept, but they got it fixed Very quickly, just not what I expected for cost. Following several follow-up call the manager called and made it right with me to my satisfaction. Dealer gas been great up until this event and they have now stepped and done the right thing. Still a happy camper.
