Honestly, I don't really enjoy the car-shopping experience overall, but Logan managed to make it enjoyable for me and my family. We appreciated that he was not pushy and didn't try to oversell anything. He was very good at understanding what we were looking for in terms of the vehichle itself and how we wanted to pay for it. His occassional dad-joke humor sealed the deal for me. We won't hesitate to seek him out the next time we are looking for a car.
Great experience with sales department. Watch out for collision repair shop! Took my new Sierra Denali in for a inch and one half mark on passenger door. Thought maybe could be buffed out. Scott Matlage took a look and came back with a five page job estimate for $1,790.98!! Said he "wished it could be buffed out" but could not and I needed both passenger doors painted. I took it to a friend who works on cars and he buffed it out in a couple of minutes. He said the scuff did not even penetrate the clear coat.
