Bob and his assistant Ann were great! Very responsive and quick to address my needs. They assisted me with more than one DSCR loan. Highly recommend them both and Ameris. In the large scheme of things it was a smooth closing and the paperwork needed from Bob and Ameris was received quickly and no delays. I'm closing on more than one house with this crew for that exact reason. Other lenders were not responsive or quick in providing me what I needed. Bob was! The rate was also great!
