Bob and his assistant Ann were great! Very responsive and quick to address my needs. They assisted me with more than one DSCR loan. Highly recommend them both and Ameris. In the large scheme of things it was a smooth closing and the paperwork needed from Bob and Ameris was received quickly and no delays. I'm closing on more than one house with this crew for that exact reason. Other lenders were not responsive or quick in providing me what I needed. Bob was! The rate was also great!
We are thankful for Bob and his team. They were able to meet all of our deadlines from the pre-approval letter to everything required during the home buying process on a legal aspect. The entire team was highly communicative and thorough in explaining any and all things that I had questions about. I am a very thorough overthinker, so their patience and knowledge is unmatched!
