I've been going to the Quick Lane at Bob Boyd Ford for six years, and I've had no problems. The staff is friendly with a nice waiting area. The mechanics are quick. And most of all, I feel they are trustworthy. Not only will they get your oil changed, or put new tires on your vehicle, but they also provide you with an extensive diagnostic for the overall health of your vehicle. And for me, that's great.
