I've had both of our vehicles serviced there and bought one vehicle there and never had a problem. The service team has always treated me good without any issues. Everyone is friendly and understanding to your needs.
I've called them multiple times, trying to schedule an appointment to get my car looked at, and they just kept giving me excuses after excuses claiming why they can't do anything to help me so they can just avoid doing their jobs! Now I'm gonna have to figure out a way to gather enough money to get the car to a dodge dealer out of town because towing's gonna be expensive to get the car to and from that dealer. My advice: AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!
