Very respectful and honest. I added a tip but accidentally miscalculated the total and yet they still fixed it to the amount I tipped instead of over charging. On top, the food is always excellent and they are always on time

Way too expensive for what it is. Food's nice but I could get more chinese food from a mall cheaper than this. Nicer korean places are in the area too for cheaper prices and better food.

Food was great, we had the spicy chicken and fried dumplings. I don't have a whole lot to criticize except that I was surprised that the banchan didn't come with the food and had to be purchased (I get that maybe a lot of people around might not like kimchi but..... it's a korean place). Also, hopefully at some point in the future the food can be served on dishes for dine in customers instead of takeout containers. 1000% dissapointment. Very limited menu, still operating like its covid, take out service with restaraunt prices. When I walk into a restaurant i want to be seated be served with real silverware and plates, not cancerous styrofoam. If I wanted takeout, I would have gone to a drive through. Customer service, non existent, food mediocre at best, hot in the restaraunt, bathroom had exposed wires dangling from light fixture.
