I set an appointment here for a Check Engine light. My service advisor Sara, provided exceptional service. She let me know what to expect and how long it would take to make the necessary repair. She had exceeded my expectations for a busy place because my car was finished sooner than expected thanks to the gentleman at the parts department tracking down the part needed to get it quicker. We had our grand Cherokee serviced last week and purchased a maintenance contract from another dealer when purchased less than three years ago. The contract is supposed to be honored at all Jeep dealerships, but this one was not able to process and said the contract had expired, which I have since researched and found is erroneous.
