Never take your Jeep here for service. They will repeatedly tell you it needs to sit in their lot for 3-5 days before a technician can even diagnose a problem, even for warranty issues. They don’t give rental loaners or reimbursement either. This is the worst service experience from a dealership I’ve ever had, and it’s the first review of a dealership I’ve ever posted. They should call themselves the Service Prevention Department.
I just want say a huge Thank you to Auto Nation who fixed our Jeep and a special Thanks to Sara. She was an amazing help and provided the Insurance with all the images, information and data they needed to prove the oil leaking in our Car and she also worked with professionalism and sense of urgency trying to get our car back as soon as possible, without forgetting of course her friendly personality. Thank you all so much and I really appreciate you!!
