Check engine light went on. Took my promaster 2500 in for service. Going on two and a half months. 2 1/2 months! First my insurance company gave me the run around. Then there were communication issues, tech shortage issues, then a faulty head was installed. Now I'm waiting for the new head to arrive and get installed. All started with a faulty valve spring, I was told. Ive been out of pocket with no van. Dodge never called to make it right or get me a rental. This will be my last dodge.
Everything went smooth, Kaleb was also super professional and followed through on everything! Thank you guys I love my Jeep!
