This is possibly the worst dealership/service center I’ve ever dealt with they weigh overcharge on their pricing. They took over a month and a half to fix my car and they recommended repairs that did not need to be done when I took it to another shop, AutoNation Jeep is the worst. If you can do anything don’t go there when it was Bob Baker they were polite and nice and got things done. Was in line with other dealerships. If this is the way AutoNation works I wouldn’t buy a car from any other dealerships.

James, our service agent was very attentive on everything we wanted done on our vehicle. He notified us as needed on the issues and had everything done in a very reasonable time. Gave us the best pricing, too. Way to go Auto Nation Carlsbad (Chrysler)
Danny was great. He was flexible w/ scheduling, I ran late and it was no issue, he quoted approx 3-4 hours for the service, but when I told him I lived all the way in Poway, he got my truck on the rack next and knocked it out in 1.5 hours. Would definitely come back.
