I just had an incredibly frustrating experience with the service department. I called (what I now know is a call center) to schedule a recall on my Chrysler. I had no idea the parts needed to be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment today they said it will take 1.5 weeks to order and receive the parts. When I expressed my frustration the service worker just double downed that the call center doesn’t know about parts. When I asked if he could see my appointment in the computer he said yes but made the excuse that they ha... read more
