The service was excellent. The employees were attentive and respectful. The wait was a little long. I think five hours to change two batteries is a bit much. That has nothing to do with the employees or the service. I also don’t appreciate the constant harassment to put a review in when I already did one. The issues I have with this has to do with the management that books too many appointments at one time and the harassment i’m putting up with to put in a review in multiple places.
Service team is top notch; bought my jeep on a Thursday night… asked them to make a couple changes… ie, add some running boards. When it came time to pickup the jeep , running boards weren’t exactly what I had in mind. They (Parts Mgr Josh and Service-Tech Connor) completely accommodated me, and on Monday night I picked up my new Jeep no problem. Had some additional questions for them on Tuesday… and on Wednesday was back at the dealership for a couple minutes… and again on Friday as well. Service dept was available and cons... read more
All positive, Danny Vega at the truck center is incredible and needs a raise!
Never felt so unappreciated in my life. My Jeep was towed there in late September and didn’t get serviced until early November because they kept moving me back in the queue even though the parts were there. I have no idea why they kept moving me back because my service advisor never told me. And on top of that they charged over $5,000 to replace a clutch assembly. The worst.
Great experience here working with the service team. They took their time to explain the issues and pro/cons of the work being suggested. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
