Great customer service and will try to get you in and out! My car only took one day to fix with them. They were very informative about what was wrong with my car, even offered a 10% discount. Nice people :)

I randomly drove past this place hoping to get an inspection. I called and Jerry helped me and told me to come on down. It was so helpful to find a spot who could see me same day. The customer service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and very informative. Friday 05/22/2026 was heading home from San Francisco. My vehicle stopped on the bridge. Whole waiting for a tow i called BOB'S Pro auto. I called and explained to them what may have been the event though they were just about to close. They listened and said I could leave my keys in the mail slot once I arrived.
