Biggest rip-off I’ve ever seen! I showed them pictures of a few small dent on a rental vehicle that I had to return the same day. I told them that for every hour that passed, I was being charged. Mike said he could work on it by 3 p.m., so I figured I might as well accept the late fees since I’d at least get my $300 security deposit back. I drove to Mike, and he tried to charge me $450 for a 1-inch dent.
