I've only taken my Jeep to the Ford dealership to get work done because I have always had a great experience, but this morning I was treated so horribly by the service team and couldn't believe they would treat a customer that way, they assumed i didn't have the $300 to pay for the inspection, which makes no sense why I would be able to pay to get my whole vehicle fixed, but not $300...?
