Best automotive service department in KC. They took over my service needs when another Ford dealer faltered and its been wonderful. Plus the mobile service unit is outstanding for our 2022 Explorere. Shuttle service as well.
This is an absolute scam. Called to ask for installing a tire pressure sensor and got quoted $752 just for a sensor.
My 17 year old totaled her car so we had to buy her a new (to her) car. We did a lot of research and landed on a used Ford Escape that was at Bob Allen Ford in Overland Park. We called at 5:30 and told them we were on our way (they close at 6). We showed up and unfortunately I misread that the car was actually at their Ottawa location. A very sweet salesman named Justin Jordan came out and immediately helped us.
