Listened to what I wanted and Ray found it!!
I paid for services with cash. I was given a check. When I tried to cash the check, their own bank refused to verify the check to be cash and now Bob Allen Ford is saying they can’t do anything until Monday!! I paid with cash, they backed out of the deal, why am I suffering like this?? Why can’t I just get my money as easy as I have it to them?? Never again!! If I could give no stars or a half star, I would!!
Jeremiah, Jon, have been very helpful in trying to to get these ongoing issues resolved with the DEF System, Trailer Brakes, Cruise Control, Front Camera Assist, Pre-Collision Assist. It’s been something whereas the 2 previous dealerships tried to tell me there’s nothing wrong with my truck! All of these issues started pretty early on after purchasing it brand new.
