Great experience at Bob Allen Ford! You can truly feel it’s a family-owned business—they treat you like family. Jett Johnson was an amazing salesperson! He was patient as I went back and forth (their selection here is so good it’s hard to choose!) and incredibly knowledgeable without any pressure. I ended up in a Lincoln Nautilus and love it! This used baby drives like a dream. The whole team was friendly and made the process easy from start to finish. I highly recommend them! Ask for Jett when you are there!
I went to the Bob Allen service center for a new set of tires on a GMC Sierra 1500. They got me a great deal and were clearly respectful of my vehicle. My service advisor Max was very responsive.
The dreaded "engine" light came on...I was expecting the worse. Able to make a service appointment the very next morning. It took abit of time, but Service was able to diagnose the problem and repair it while I waited. Extremely pleased that the issue was correctly identified and that the parts were in stock to complete the repair.

Took my car in on February 11th for a diagnosis just to confirm the problem of my power steering going out. My job luckily helps pay for issues like this. I finally got approved for it a few weeks later. I already planned to pay out of pocket regardless. I scheduled an appointment at the earliest connivence.
