shuttle ride! i love it! – as a single mom i have 3 kids and a full time job, i can't afford to be late or without a car. although my warranty company didn't want to give me a rental car, bob allen ford helped get me and my kids back on the road, they willingly helped escort me and my kids to my mothers house, while i got another car to use, they offered to come back and help load my kids and car seats back up and bring me back to the dealership. they definately went the extra mile. this place is very family and woman friend... read more
Great Service! wonderful service, i was stuck on the side of the road at 7 months pregnant, when they sent a tow truck to help me! i got the dealership and they already knew who i was, they took my car in, i thought i was stuck at the dealership all day. but they had a shuttle to take me wherever i needed to go. i decided to go to a local restaurant to relax, i received a phone call 1 hour later with the damages. actually pretty resonable! i was picked up from the restaurant by the same shuttle and taken back to the dealersh... read more

Do NOT take your car to the service dept.!!! We have had 3 tries with them for recalls & they wanted to argue everytime that it was our fault.
