Simply the Best Ihave been training with Bob a few months and I have gotten great results. He is very knowledgeable and really focused on obtaining your goals. What I have also been thrilled with is that my results are noticeable and I my energy level is through the roof. I tried doing bootcamp classes and I got hurt. Plus, I lost my chest and got thick legs- not a good look. If you want to get a toned look without looking like a guy- train with Bob. He really is the best!
