Bob A**** totally blew off being dispatched by my insurance company to winch my truck out of a snow bank not more than 200 yards from my home: "Not enough money" by the insurance company ($60). He said he needed $150, which I agreed to pay and have the insurance company reimburse me directly, and because I used the word "bull ****" to Mr. Bob A****, he told me I blew it, hung up, and his voice mailbox is full. One of Bob's drivers unloaded a vehicle on our property, heavily damaged the asphalt and Bob refuses to take responsibility for his employee's actions. A "patch" was placed in the damaged area by Bob, or one of his employees, that lasted about 5 days. We had to pay $1008 to remove the asphalt area that he damaged and replace it with new asphalt; we just had our black top refinished 3 months prior to this incident. My family and I had an unfortunate event with Bob Adams Trucking in Rifle Co. One of their service trucks drive shaft came off of their truck on the highway. It was left in the highway by the employee. My car struck the drive shaft and blew out my tire damaging the tire, rim and gas tank. The Bob Adams employee admitted guilt and explained it was his fault. I explained we need to exchange info, I can change my tire and Bob A**** trucking would settle up.
