We had our great grandson call ahead to ask for a quote on a full synthetic oil change, with him bringing his own 0-20w and oem oil filter, coming straight out of the Toyota dealership. They gave him a quote of $93 for bringing his own oil, and oil filter?!? All you had to do is dispose the oil (which a lot of mechanics do is dispose it with other customer’s oils) and change the oil. You guys lost a long time customer. My college aged daughter was recently traveling from Coos Bay to Central Oregon, and had some car troubles in her 2005 Nissan Altima near Cottage Grove. These guys are a couple of real life con-men. I’ve had a couple of different experiences with this shop now. Other than being rude and disrespectful to my wife when she attempted to go in, they seem to be simply incapable of reputable work at all. Brought my Toyota to these guys for a diagnosis and repair, and after $5-600 worth of work, my truck was broken down and I’m back to square one.
