Best fitness studio in the UES with amazing trainers
Private, super clean and the best personal trainers on the ues. Boaz is a master and his one of kind training style does not compete with other studios. This is not your typical gym. If you're looking for one on one personal training-boutique style studio, this is it! They also have a variety there if you want to incorporate pilates style into your routine, Heather is amazing!
Awesome fitness studio on UES. Have trained consistently for a year after a major injury and in the best shape I've ever been in. All trainers excellent. Recommend to anyone looking for a highly customized fitness experience.
