I'm not happy at all my daughter makes my payment for me every month AFTER I give her the money this month they took the money automatically which left my daughter in a bind so now I have to try to come up with the money to replace I don't mind paying late fees when I owe them but don't take money out of an account unless authorized

The payments are affordable, and my unit is nice! I'm glad they provided a lock!
Simple and easy. Purchased online, was emailed the code for lock and I pay online every month. Couldn't be easier.
