Dr. Rosen has been my grandmother’s doctor for many years, and she is extremely happy with the care he provides. Unfortunately, her experience is being overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the scheduling staff. I’m sure he is a good cardiologist, but this cardiologists office schedulers and administrative staff are the absolute worst. My mom’s cardiologist left the practice, my mom scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rosen, several months out. My mom’s RX was coming to an end and needed to get a refill. The office said she had to meet with the Dr first. She has an appointment, but will run out of her med’s. Med’s that are important.
