I have been a patient of Dr. Rosen for many years. Based on my experience, I can say that he is a compassionate human being, and takes the time necessary to understand what is going on with his patients. Importantly, Dr. Rosen is accessible, and very responsive to your health related concerns. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rosen has been my grandmother’s doctor for many years, and she is extremely happy with the care he provides. Unfortunately, her experience is being overshadowed by the unprofessional behavior of the scheduling staff. When I recently called to handle some scheduling and medication matters, I was consistently cut off mid-sentence and spoken to with impatience and rudeness—particularly by a staff member named Shushawna (spelling may be incorrect), and later by Crystal when I was transferred to leave a message about meds. I’m sure he is a good cardiologist, but this cardiologists office schedulers and administrative staff are the absolute worst. My mom’s cardiologist left the practice, my mom scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rosen, several months out. My mom’s RX was coming to an end and needed to get a refill. The office said she had to meet with the Dr first. She has an appointment, but will run out of her med’s. Med’s that are important.
