When I first switched to this clinic it was a huge pain continuing care from my previous doctor. I just moved to AL and was excited when a friend told me about this place because of the membership they offer in lieu of insurance. When I called I was told there would be an initial visit charge and the membership, I told them about the medication management I was needing and no additional charges were mentioned. When I got to my visit I never saw the doctor. The NP requested proof of my diagnosis which I provided.
