Great srevice and Good people
Boatworks did exactly what they said they were going to do for me at a fair price. they found a lower unit for my 90 merc.and replaced it a year ago and it still works great. They also recently replaced an inboard charging system in two days and only charge me like 40-50 bucks labor. Good people.

Terrible experience. It took them 6 months to fix my boat motor. Very poor communication from them and very unprofessional behavior on their part. It wound up being a long and expensive repair.
Very dissappointed in the service I received from boatworks! Very unprofessional and took a very long time to get anything accomplished! Kept putting me off! Awful awful awful!

Very Disappointed with the professionalism exhibited at Boatworks,They had my jet ski for 6 months and received it back and still can not use it. In this 6 months, my engine blew while they were testing it and I had to buy another for them to install. Then 1st time we took it out rear end broke and we took it back and paid advance for new parts. Went to get it they said it had a vibration and had disassembled it and all parts were laying on the floor. They were all old parts,not what I paid for. I had them put the old pieces... read more
