Who makes a happy hour only for certain seats? We were told we were on the wrong side of the partition to recieve happy hour prices.??? Seriously? Who makes these customer friendly rules?

It gets very busy during the summertime because it has a large outdoor deck and an outdoor tiki bar. There is also indoor seating. It is a great place to dine with friends and family!
