Bill and his staff are truly amazing and professional. Their quality is the best and they stand behind their work! They did a full custom bimini canvas and frame for us and our hatch covers. 5 stars truly isn't high enough.

Really wanted Boatswains to add a flybridge wrap to our Mainship. Stopped by and talked directly to Bill 5-6 months ago. Gave him our info directly. Never heard a thing from him. Months later made an on line request on their web site for the same wrap. Weeks now, haven't heard a thing. Even saw him several times doing work in our marina right down the street from their office... Bottom line. If they don't want to do your job, they will ignore you. Very sad and disappointing.

We recently purchased a Bimini for $1,634 including tax. After installation and upon a close inspection, we realized the port stay is not centered in the stay slit. The starboard stay is also more inward leaving no room for adjustment. When we raised this concern about the tension on the Bimini, Bill did come out to re-examine the Bimini. He reassured us this was normal and it would not result in unnecessary wear.
