I paid over $700 for what was advertised as a relaxing, family-friendly day on the water. Our boat rental experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Despite the listing and the owner’s assurances, many of the advertised features were missing or broken — including the GPS, stereo, depth finder, floating island, radar, and most importantly, the large tube we specifically booked for our kids to enjoy. BUYER BEWARE! We booked a charter with Southern Sky Yacht Charters through the Boatsetter platform for May 26, 2025, departing from Georgetown, Exumas. We fully paid for the charter ($4085.00) and communicated regularly about our group's plans, up until only a few days prior to the scheduled departure.
