Very bad experience, do not get close and don’t trust your boat.
Absolutely terrible experience. They completely messed up my boat and then charged me for work that wasn’t even done. Dishonest and unprofessional — basically stealing money from customers. Do not trust your boat with these people.
Shop tried to rip me off. Brought my boat in for a no power under load situation. They diagnosed and stated that I had 2 dead cylinders with water in both. They changed spark plugs for $450 total with diagnosis and told me that water returned afterwards and cylinders were still not firing after new spark plugs. Also stated that I had a lot of water in my oil. They wanted to do 3 oil changes at $180 each to ensure all the water was flushed out. This shop is either incompetent or intentionally trying to rip customers off, I honestly think the latter. Brought my boat in for a no power under load situation.
