Purchased a Grady White from BoatsInc the other day. Carl Sewell wrote a book titled 'Customer For Life' back in the 80's about customer service. Being a small business operator, I have purchased a car from Sewell Dealerships to see what their customer service was like. In my opinion, BoatsInc exceeds the Sewell Dealership in customer satisfaction excellence. I have never seen a culture so devoted to customer service.
