They are definitely not a “BoatPro”! I called Boat Pro ahead of time and talked to a lady service advisor about my engine issue. Dropped engine off, gave all my info, and she said yes it sounds like a warranty issue. I verified with the manufacture that it was still under warranty. Two weeks later I called as I have not heard anything, first I was told “my new engine will be in tomorrow.” I said no, mine is in for repair.
