I have bought tires here for the last 10 years, and I always had a good experience until yesterday. An elderly lady working there told me the warranty would not cover a tire being punctured and having a large whole in it. Really? Then what is the purpose of having warranty? She was also rude which was uncalled for and unprofessional. I will take my business elsewhere from now on!.
I went to this shop WITH four working tire sensors. At any other shop, if something breaks when they work on it, they replace it. When I got in my car and my tire pressure light was still on, I expressed concern and was told it would go off after I drove down the road a few miles. I drove all the way to Henderson with my light still on. I live out of town.
