I have been calling Boatman since July regarding cracks in the floor that was installed Nov of 2022. Sent an email with pics, said they would get something scheduled to fix the issue. Nothing scheduled after numerous calls, on last call 2 weeks ago, they promised to get fix scheduled, still nothing set up! Very disappointed with follow up service!!!
Always great experience working with these guys. Really pleased with the new countertops and backsplash they installed. Highly recommended!
