Word on the street is that Boatman Sr and Jr spent a lot of client money on boats, hunting trips, beach houses and that they are about to go Chapter 7. If I had to guess, given that Boatman Sr did chapter 7 back in the 1980's, this is just par for their business operations. While maybe not thieves, surely they are incompetent at running a business.
