I'm a new customer, so this is completely initial experience... Absolutely amazing customer service. I just brought my boat in for winterizing and storage for the off season and the front desk was very patient with all of my questions and was able to answer my questions with great clarity for this guy... They even helped with explaining the Merc recall... I'm good though. Very convenient location, friendly staff and very fair pricing! I'll be back in the spring for the full circle review upon pick up. So far, 5 stars!

Called this store to get a quote on a unit listed at 1500 and the first person I spoke to Was extremely rude . When I asked why he was quoting me 19097 he said he didn’t need to do the breakdown … he passed the phone to the manager who also said they didn’t wanna explain the quote or give me any info I was asking for … I work in Sales for over 10 years and never had worst customer service ! Literally shop anywhere but here !
Helpful staff. I purchased a used boat from them and it had some major issues after I picked it up. I paid to have it diagnosed by a 3rd party and then brought the boat back to have repairs done. They supported me for most of the repairs. My recommendation would be if you buy a boat from them is to ask for a water test on a nearby lake to ensure you can see and accept the quality/function of the used boat they are selling.
I only needed a marine battery but when I got there they only had one battery at it was the wrong type that I needed. Long drive for nothing
