I purchased a used Grand River pontoon boat from Boatland and recommend them highly. I dealt with Jessie and Laura who were professional in every way, helpful and punctual in returning messages . The boat was ready on time for pickup, was clean and everything working. Was a. Great working experience.
*update* It is spring. My boat has been picked up, and looked over. I have to say there's great care given to my boat while Boatland RV Marine was taking care of the winterization, storage and yearly services. For the purposes of this review, I did not pay too close of attention to the interior of the boat when I had dropped it off... However, I believe the interior is cleaner than when I dropped it off. I'm a new customer, so this is completely initial experience... Absolutely amazing customer service. I just brought my boat in for winterizing and storage for the off season and the front desk was very patient with all of my questions and was able to answer my questions with great clarity for this guy... They even helped with explaining the Merc recall... I'm good though. Very convenient location, friendly staff and very fair pricing! I'll be back in the spring for the full circle review upon pick up. So far, 5 stars!

Called this store to get a quote on a unit listed at 1500 and the first person I spoke to Was extremely rude . When I asked why he was quoting me 19097 he said he didn’t need to do the breakdown … he passed the phone to the manager who also said they didn’t wanna explain the quote or give me any info I was asking for … I work in Sales for over 10 years and never had worst customer service ! Literally shop anywhere but here !
