Beautiful lake that's an awesome escape from every day life without being super far away from the city. Be prepared for a window road on a narrow gravel road. I wouldn't recommend driving a nice new car out there as it's possible to scratch the side of your car on branches when you have to make way for two way traffic. All that being said it's a great escape for a day with easy fishing or rainbow and cutthroat.
very bad you will neeed a big 4x4 to get here even then the lake is gross!
This isnt right around corner but it is very worth the drive. Went on a weekday and only seen 5 people. Eazy boat access and beautiful trout.
