If you want to order something, get ZERO communication and wait for weeks to maybe get a simple order in the same state. This is the place for you. What a joke.
Great kit, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and you may even get some good discounts in store if you’re buying a few bits and ask nicely!
After some initial hick ups, Boating Central reimbursed my order and organised a free return postage.
The customer service deserves 0 stars. I ordered an SOS Danbouy mount which was not the same model as pictured on their website. I ordered specifically from them to get the model as pictured and there was no notification from their end to let me know about the change of model. Subsequently, I wanted to return the product as it was not the one that was advertised and didn't fit my needs .
