Very disappointed, made a small order and never received it. Contacted the store and was told issues with supply and they would send soon. 12 weeks no contact, no part and request for refund ignored. Is this a scam site? Good luck getting your order filled.
Decent range in store, but the speed of online ordering is well beyond acceptable. To take full payment for orders and then have zero communication for 3 weeks is not acceptable.
Ordered over a week ago online. No updates no nothing. What a joke. Never again.
Great little shop for all boating needs. Great help as well.
