I drove to Salmon Arm from Kelowna to look at a Hewescraft 180 Sportsman. Spoke to Scott McBride. We negotiated a sale price including me trading in my 2017 Tracker boat. After thinking about it for a couple days I called him to proceed. He was going to have their business manager reach out to me. The service department got my boat in and out quickly. Even though they were busy. They are very helpful and friendly. They are my service dealer moving forward.
A BIG thanks to Donna, the Service Manager. We were having random starting problems on our new pontoon boat (3 hours on engine!), and after I eliminated the anti-siphon valve & wet fuel as possible issues, she was able to get our boat in, run a diagnostic (no codes), then discovered that the ignition switch was at fault!? Was able to track down a replacement switch from a dealer in Sherwood Park & she had the switch installed the day it arrived. It worked!! bought new boat- Bill,Scott,Bree and counter lady ( forgot name) were all friendly and super helpful. Very clearly they are experienced and know what they are doing. Very accommodating about adding things, dropping the boat in the water, timing of everything even though they were busy. Highly recommend.
