Worst purchase experience in 47 years. And I have bought alot of dumb stuff. Scott, his wife, and this business have the personality of literal slugs. Scott lied to me saying the boat would be ready for pickup and he would see what he could do to have it ready "early" when it was clearly not even close to being done. I called and emailed and received no response whatsoever from him through the entire experience. We had an excellent experience with Scott and the rest of the team. Their customer service is second to none. They are helpful and honest.
Yamaha recommended I take my 250hp outboard here and I see why. Great thorough service to evaluate a major breakdown. They represented the issue to my insurance surveyor and helped in getting approval. Resulted in a new engine which they installed better than the original from the factory. Thanks gang!
