Just bought a used boat from Johnny. He was great to deal with, love our boat. Johnny also got all the things we wanted fixed done in a timely manor.
Total grease monkeys. Thieves. Refuse to fix lights on a boat that’s supposed Brand new. Then never sent the registration that we paid for. It’s been three weeks. A commercial boat that’s losing 3k a day. Forced to sue. BEWARE. Took us for 90k. Refuse to answer calls. Dealers swear at you IF you contact them. Once they steal your money you’re gonna have to take them to court.
What an awesome experience I had at Boaters Paradise! Joe, the general manager, was great! He took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. He then introduced us to Johnny, an amazing salesman who is helpful and kind. I called Johnny shortly after purchasing my boat to inquire about a trailer. He came through for me and I had a trailer in a matter of days! I’ve definitely found my new boat dealership!
