I bought my first boat from Jon in 1994. Through the years, I have bought several other boats from Jon and his Team. Professional, honest, meticulous no nonsense and knowledgeable are just a few words I'd use to describe Jon and the staff at Boaters Marine. All that with personality too! Boaters Marine alwYs offers top Marine brands and the best products on the market. Why would anyone take their Marine business anywhere else!?

My husband and 9 year old son went to their store with their mask on. An employee told him he couldn't assist him and that he had to leave because he was wearing a mask and had his alcohol bottle with him ( because we are out of hand sanitizer). He said he doesn't agree with what is going on, therefore, he didn't want him in the store. I am baffled and extremely upset at this. What harm is it to him that a customer is protecting himself and others?

After calling "Don" at Boaters Marine, I never once felt like he wanted my business. Why? Because he wanted to know why I wouldn't take it to where I bought it from with an attitude to boot. I told Don that I'd rather take it some place closer. After telling "Don" the make & model of my boat and the engine type, I went on to tell him I had some warranty work that needed to be done.
