I always bring our offshore boat to Boaters Echange for routine maint and whenever something breaks. The work has always been completed on time and no hidden costs. The service guy Jerry is a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgable. It's nice having a one stop shop for parts and fishing gear as well. We highly recommend them.

Boaters Exchange is fantastic! Everything they said they'd do, they did! They were prompt and very courteous and gave me plenty of heads up on any issues. In fact, I thought I had an issue with a fuel pump and after diagnosing things, they told me it was not the fuel pump but something else that cost considerably less. Absolute Garbage. Start to finish. Poor customer service, broken promises, shabby work. Supposed to be done in 3 days. They called at the end of the third day only to tell me they haven't even started. I was told the boat would be ready by noon on tuesday (one full week later). When I showed up at noon on tuesday, Jerry acted like he had never seen me before. I had to explain what boat was mine and what it was there for.
