Terrible customer service. Stopped in and was ready to purchase my first boat. The lady at the front desk was nice but the salesperson who was supposed to be helping me could care less whether I bought a boat from them or not. Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ended up buying my boat from Marshes marina just north of Barrie, highly recommend the guys at marshes, they’ll ensure you get the exact boat for your needs/budget and have you leaving happy and attended to.
