I was having difficulty with my power boat air conditioning cooling pump. Filled out the online service request for Boatac.net and within two hours I had a return call by Eric, the owner. Explained my problem and Eric made an easy suggestion over the phone for me to try that he said could correct my problem. Did what he suggested and problem corrected! Can’t say enough about the fast response and Eric’s level of expertise. Thank you!!

Eric was a pleasure to deal with from the minute I contacted him. It is hard to find someone attentive and responsive in the marine industry. I contacted him after another shop told me it would be 2 months before they could obtain a replacement a/c unit. Eric had a new unit in and running within 3 days of the initial contact.
