Easy process. Eric was very responsive and obviously knowledgeable since marine a/c is the focus of his business. Quick phone call after filling out the online form, initial visit to the boat, then installation. The unit is an upgrade, replacing the original unit-plenty of cold air while being quieter than the old one. Couldn't be more pleased.

I had BoatAC install two units on my trawler over 2 years ago. The units have performed flawlessly. However, over Memorial Day weekend 2005, as we were enroute on the Triangle Loop, water began leaking from under my salon unit. Unsure how to proceed, I called Eric, who was very helpful with long distance troubleshooting.
