Interesting all the positive 5-star reviews. I recently used Eric and his company to service one of the Dometic air-conditioning units on my Galeon boat. Based on his diagnosis, I was advised to purchase a new blower fan, costing over $600. I was then without one of my boat’s air conditioners for nearly a month while dealing with the replacement. I have a 30’ Grady marlin with a busted hvac. I worked with some local folks and after a month I couldn’t get a call back. I called Eric and sent pictures of my unit. He was at my boat within a week and replaced my unit for less than what other vendors were charging for a repair. He showed up when he said he would and did the repair in 100 degree temps. He was fantastic and quick. Super impressed with him and his team. Highly highly highly recommend.

I woke up in the middle of the night to discover that my air conditioner was displaying a fault code. Apologizing for the early text, I sent a message to Eric at BoatAC.net at 6:00am on a Saturday morning. I was quite surprised to get an immediate response to my message. After a few messages back and forth with suggestions to try this and try that, Eric's next message was to tell me that he was on his way. My name is Michal Kates. I used BoatAC to put a new AC in my 380 Searay Sundancer. They did absolutely phenomenal work. They worked quickly and efficiently just in time for 4th of July weekend! While everyone was sweating out by the pool, I was able to retire to my ice cold cabin area. I would give 10 stars if I was able!
