The service department here is fantastic! Brayden went above and beyond to take care of us. Our Mastercraft had a transmission issue on the lake on a busy Saturday morning. A fellow Mastercraft owner towed us in and told us to ask for Brayden. They were in our boat within 15 minutes diagnosing the issue. They pulled our boat, completed the repairs and had us back on the water in about 2 hours. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We love Boat Town. We've bought two boats there and love the service they offer. We also are big fans of the first class job they do with Boat Town Burger Bar and Patio 2900 (amazing pizza) and don't forget Boat Town Boutique! They have created a fun "destination" on Lake LBJ.
Best place to buy a boat. Awesome customer service. Great team who I recommend doing business with.
