This place is a joke since change of ownership. Steve is a terrible new owner of this place has no idea how to run a business and talk to customers! Don’t bring your boat here unless you want to only be able to get your boat when it’s convenient for him! Many other places available that you get your own storage unit for the same price! Used this facility for boat storage for the past 2 years and never had an issue with Roger. Recently this business has changed hands in ownership and has been an absolute nightmare dealing with Steve storage price went up without warning $150 per month and when I inquired Steve screamed unspeakable words and told me not to leave me boat and go elsewhere if I didn’t like it ..even though I had 1 week already paid left.
