The product is excellent, but the customer service by John, the owner, is exemplary and over the top!! Emails are answered seemingly 24/7. I get a faster response than I do from some doctors! John is always available for questions and answers. He knows his product inside out and NEVER seems to be bothered by contact. Always comes through. HOW REFRESHING!! Great product for my WorldCat 2310 SD and amazing customer service.
