Just called to get the price for RV covered storage and the woman at the headquarters refused to give me a price saying that they are booked and have a wait list. I said to decide to put my name on the wait list I need to know how much you charge. She still refused to give me a price. Those of you who are on the wait list may want to reconsider.

No stars, if it were an option. I cannot recommend using this storage company. Condition of the facility and access were always an issue. We were given false information by the property management company (Mountain Trace) as reasons for our untimely eviction, which was unprofessional. Important to note, our eviction wasn't due to nonpayment issues. Again, I would not suggest using this company for any storage needs.
