If I could give less than 1 star I would. Purchased a motor for our awning on our RV and when we received it, it was a non-working motor. We had to pay a repairman to install the motor and when he did it kept blowing fuses. The repairman tested the motor and it was shorting out in the motor, defective, and he said it was a rebuilt motor. The company will take the part back, but we're out quite a bit that we had to pay the repairman just to tell us we got a bad part. The people are scammers. DO NOT buy from them directly or like I did through the Amazon site. Took my money and have been trying like other times saying that UPS delivered it. Read the complaints on BBB and elsewhere.
Ridiculously rigid return policy. Purchased a part for my boat in January and when it was brought out of storage in May, realized it was the wrong part. Was told that because it was over 30 days, there was no return, period. Original package not damaged, never installed, 100% resellable condition, willing to pay 20% restocking fee, wait for inspection - didn't matter. Who still has policies like this? I will go without before I buy from this seller again.
