BEWARE! We booked online from 6pm-8pm and then were told when we arrived that we only had til 7pm. Disappointed that their website allowed us to book for 2 hours. We had to argue for a refund, but were refunded for the 2nd hour that we did not have on the boat.
We reserved a powerboat for a 2hr block starting at 10am. The guy who was supposed to open at 10 didn’t arrive until after 10:30. We ended up canceling the reservation and asking for a refund due to time constraints. It is VERY disappointing that an employee can’t make it on time AT 10 IN THE MORNING. I can’t imagine if these guys had jobs with truly early start times. Take your business somewhere that values the customer, vacation plans and respects scheduled reservations.
Beat experience ever! Staff was so friendly and they were so helpful as well for a birthday party set up!
Exceptional staff 🏆🥇
