please save your time and money – i recently rented from balboa rentals for a 3 hour cruise on the harbor and i left after an hour and a half. the staff knew not one thing about the duffy boats and i was so upset afterwards. last night i rented form the actual Duffy boat company in huntington harbor and it was wonderful. the staff knew the ropes persay. there is one easy way to tell if it is the real duffy. RIP OFF - Do not go here! Tried to charge me $50 in bogus hidden fees when I returned the boat! – This place will try to rip you off with bogus fees when you return the boat. We unzipped a zipper on a Duffy and they tried to charge us $50! Absolutely absurd! Do not go here.
