We reserved a powerboat for a 2hr block starting at 10am. The guy who was supposed to open at 10 didn’t arrive until after 10:30. We ended up canceling the reservation and asking for a refund due to time constraints. It is VERY disappointing that an employee can’t make it on time AT 10 IN THE MORNING. I can’t imagine if these guys had jobs with truly early start times. Take your business somewhere that values the customer, vacation plans and respects scheduled reservations.

Great day on the bay! The boats are clean, nice and well maintained. They are responsive and easy to maneuver. Staff is courteous, friendly and very helpful. It’s a great place for a Duffy experience.
We were very lucky to get this last minute reservation on Labor Day weekend. First time visitors to Newport Beach we just didn’t know what to expect. The website was simple. Email responses were quick. Check in was a breeze. Explanations on where and where not to go were clear. Maybe a pre planned map would be useful. At the dock, explanations on how to use the boat were clear and frankly the boat was easy to drive and steer. It was a lovely 2 hour ride. Would definitely recommend.
